Important restrictions

Startup must be under 10 years old and pre-Series B; Portfolio tier requires an Activate Provider organization ID. An AWS paid-tier account is required. Approved award, eligible services, credit validity and AWS Promotional Credit Terms depend on the offer. Charges beyond eligible credit balances are payable; approval and maximum award are not guaranteed.
