Important restrictions
Requires affiliation with an approved startup partner, outside funding (Series B or earlier), a qualifying new/returning GitHub Enterprise Cloud account and no prior GitHub startup credits. A valid payment method is required; use after credit exhaustion or 12-month expiry automatically moves to paid billing. GitHub Enterprise Server and data-residency Enterprise accounts are excluded.
