Startup age, funding stage, usage history, business eligibility and country restrictions apply. For AI startups the listed maximum includes up to $250K in first-year 100% credits and up to $100K in second-year 20% coverage; it is NOT a flat $350K immediately redeemable balance. Other startups have lower caps, and third-party models may be excluded. Uncovered charges remain payable.
